Culinary Arts

Research indicates that nutrition exerts a more significant influence on one's peak performance and overall well-being compared to exercise alone. Our Culinary program is centered around comprehending the fundamentals of nutrition in connection with wellness, food choices, food preparation, and food storage. We invite you to join us as we educate our students in the art and science of meal planning and management tailored for various sports teams, all while incorporating the rich and diverse flavors of Jamaica's multicultural cuisine.

Go Green Meets Fine Arts

STEAMA firmly believes in the transformative power of Fine Arts as an educational experience, contributing significantly to students' academic and social development. In our seven-day program, we bring together students from diverse backgrounds, fostering inspiration through nature, the Go Green Initiative, multicultural peer interaction, and societal engagement to create art that is not only a means of self-expression but also a teachable and marketable skill. Our mission assumes critical importance in an era marked by increased intolerance, mental health challenges, and imminent threats to our core democratic values.
